1-station adhesive labelling machine for label/back label and capsule closing

Stainless steel 1-station adhesive labelling machine (label and back label on the same reel), suitable to apply label and back label on round bottles with a size for cylindrical bottle. The machine is equipped with conveyor belt and independent haulage for the entry in line, thermic head for capsule closing, and electronic adjustment for the label/back label distance, final accumulation platform and haulage head for the belt. Output 600/1000 bottles/hour.
Built according to CE standard, equipped with safety guards in transparent polycarbonate.

2-Station adhesive labelling machine for label and back label with capsule dispenser and closing

Stainless steel 2-station adhesive labelling machine, suitable to apply label and back label on round bottles with a size for cylindrical bottle, equipped with Archimedean screw and speed variator, output 600/1800 bottles/hour.

The machine is equipped with 1 station for label and back label (label and back label are on the same reel), tray dispenser for thermo-shrinkable capsules, capsule closing system with double ventilation thermic head, conveyor belt with haulage and speed variator for the entry in line, final accumulation platform; equipped with accident prevention guards and CE standard control board. To be used with compressed air.

Optional: additional station for the independent application of the back label (i.e. one reel for the labels and another reel for the back label).

Other possible optional devices: printer for the lot number, neck label and vintage round label.
