Filters

Thanks to their very simple design, no doubt that our filters can guarantee a most efficient performance.

A minimum installed power, with the application of self-priming electro-pumps completely in stainless steel.

The output rating is changing according to the quality and thickness of the product, to the previous processing (clarification, fermentation), to the quality of the filtering sheets and to the pressure of the filtration. The filters can be used with cellulose sheets or fossil flours plates. It is possible to use the filter with two filtering sheets at the same time, to achieve a simultaneous refining and a haze removing action. By using different plates, it will be possible to filter high-density and dirty liquids.

Our filters are specially recommended for the haze removing for food and beverage products like : wine, cider, edible oils, spirits, water, syrups, vinegar, chemical fluids and, generally speaking, any kind of liquid product. The plates are made in non-toxic plastic material, their shape has been designed to get the largest filtering surface.

The plates filters are available in the following sizes:

20 x 20	32 x 32	40 x 40	40 x 40 noryl

Made in stainless steel or in glass fibre carbon with stainless steel inside.

Plates in polypropylene approved for the food industry, pressure gauge, valves for flood and pressure adjusting, stainless steel lower tank (available version with plates in noryl per mod. 40 x 40).
