Volumetric elliptic rotor pump for grapes and pressed grapes

The volumetric elliptic rotor pump is designed for the supply of grapes (or pressed or destemmed grapes) and of the fresh or fermented product. The casting is completely built in stainless steel Aisi 304. The product is supplied to the pump by an infeed screw, then the stainless steel elliptic rotor, by means of a separating valve, pushes it to the oufeed hose. The pumping action is by pressure, not by rotation, avoiding to spoil the grapes to obtain a good quality final product. The volumetric elliptic rotor pump RE 200/300 is set for Ø 120 hoses, and can be supplied on demand with hoppers with different sizes.

Destemmer / crusher - stainless steel made

This machine is ideal for the small wineries, as it is designed for this kind of production.It is built in two separate parts : the lower recoiling tank with rotary system and the upper lid with loading hopper. The two parts are assembled together, forming an opening machine, easy to inspect and clean. The machine is complete with a slow-turning pump.Some models are available with the rollers assembly for the destemming / crushing system with variable speed - with or without pump. Hourly output : from 20 to 150/200 hl.

Completely built in stainless steel, supplied complete with flow inverter, air chamber with pressure switch, low-tension electric panel 'EC' approved, 2 speeds, ideal for pressed grapes and wines. Hourly output 180/360 hl. New type flow inverter, used also as a by-pass. The flow is inverted by turning a leverage upside-down : in this way it is possible to select the positions all-open or all-closed, suitable for discharging big sized tanks.
